Preorders “How To”:
1. Place Your Order (Fall 2023): Secure your desired hanging basket by placing a pre-order in the fall. Choose your favorites from our selection and complete your purchase to reserve it exclusively for you.
a. If you haven’t done so already, please return your water saver hanging basket to us. There is a spot in the Main Entrance of the greenhouse to return your baskets. Please place your full name and phone number on each basket.
2. Payment in Full: Pay the full amount during the pre-order process. By doing so, you ensure that your hanging basket is reserved and ready for you when spring arrives.
3. Await Notification: Sit back and relax! We’ll keep you in the loop. We’ll reach out to you and notify you when your hanging basket(s) is ready for pickup.
4. Spring Arrival: As spring blossoms, your hanging basket will be nurtured and cared for until it reaches its full, vibrant glory.
5. Pick Up Details (Spring 2024): We’ll provide you with all the necessary details for pickup, usually scheduled around Memorial Day Weekend. Once you are notified, simply come to our location, present your order information, and take home your beautiful hanging basket.
6. Water Saver Return (Fall 2024): In the fall, once blooming season is over, a notification will be made to return water saver hanging baskets for the coming spring. Please make sure your water saver has its HANGER, PLUG and WICKS when you return it to us.
PLEASE NOTE:
Only order “RETURNS” option if you have or are going to return a “Water Saver” or “Cone” Hanging Basket from a previous year- otherwise your order will be canceled.

Pre-orders are accepted from November 15, 2023, to January 8, 2024. Orders close after January 1, 2024.
Visit our online store, select your desired basket combination, add it to your cart, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email, and a verification call will be made in January.
Yes, all pre-orders must be paid in full for the 2024 season. Cash registers will not be operational during pick-up or winter months.
No modifications or cancelations will be accepted once purchased.
No, the colors displayed on our website are the available options. We carefully curate vibrant colors to enhance your space.
No. Custom mixes are unavailable for pre-orders. Our hanging baskets are pre-planted for a harmonious blend of colors and varieties.
Upon purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In May, you will be contacted with an order status update and preliminary pick-up date will be emailed. Final pick-up details will be sent closer to the date.
No, pick-up dates are predetermined and weather-dependent to ensure the survival of the plants.
